We bought a large spa tub from Carrie. Great experience! Elijah and his crew delivered the tub, set it up exactly like I wanted, and explained and fully demonstrated the fuctions and spa care. All of my questions were answered with great expertise. I called because I found a small leak at a connection and they were out to fix it the same day. Excellent service before and after the sale!

We bought our first hot tub from Big John’s thirty years ago. Since then we have bought a weed eater, lawnmower, wall fireplace, a slab to protect our outdoor fire pit on our new deck and now we have a new, beautiful hot tub. Lawnmowers, ice augers, and weed eaters have all been repaired or had spring tune-ups.at Big John’s. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with buying and dealing with repairs.

They sell smokers, BBQs, hot tubs, and chain saws. My trips are associated with Stihl Chainsaws. These guys know what they are doing!!! They will set you up and deliver great service after the fact.

My experience on the STIHL side of Big John’s was excellent. I had been going to all the big box stores for all my chainsaw parts and I should have gone here first. They were knowledgeable and had everything I needed right behind the desk! Saved me so much time and effort. Great prices too!

I’m the closest thing to a newbie when it comes to smokers. I went to Big Johns looking for a quality smoker that wouldn’t be too much for someone new to the Hobby. The service team was extremely friendly and helpful. I was asked questions on what I had in mind, and they pointed my in the direction that I feel was perfect for me. I even was able to ask all the newbie questions and learned some awesome pointers! I was so excited, I decided to purchase all my accessories with them as well. I love the fact that I can spend my hard earned money at a local shop, and get real customer service. I will be purchasing all my smoker essentials directly from Big Johns.

Called for my hot tub to be serviced for an error that doesn’t show up in the manual and was tripping my breaker. Brad came out the next business day and fixed it in 10 minutes- faulty sensor. Answered every question I had and was very nice and professional. Very happy I purchased my hot tub from Big John’s due to this quick response and hope this is the norm if I need service again. Thank you Brad and team- the fast service is much appreciated!

Great buying experience! We are estimated to receive our new hot tub in November so I will update this review at that time. I felt very blessed to work with Carrie C., today at Big John’s. She was incredibly knowledgeable of all the details with the spas they sell. She pointed us in the right direction for our needs (one for muscle therapy) and spent the extra time to find the soonest available one in her inventory that we could attain. She also honored my military discount which I am incredibly grateful for. Very happy so far and will update this review after receiving the hot tub in approximately 4 months.
