Went in to by my first hot tub not really knowing what I was looking for. Carrie and her staff were absolutely amazing! She had my wife and I sit in a few tubs to get a feel for sizing. She was great in telling us all the ins and outs and covered all the maintenance up front. No gimmicks, no hidden agendas and very professional without the pushy salesman attitude. I would recommend Big Johns to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Great buying experience! We are estimated to receive our new hot tub in November so I will update this review at that time. I felt very blessed to work with Carrie C., today at Big John’s. She was incredibly knowledgeable of all the details with the spas they sell. She pointed us in the right direction for our needs (one for muscle therapy) and spent the extra time to find the soonest available one in her inventory that we could attain. She also honored my military discount which I am incredibly grateful for. Very happy so far and will update this review after receiving the hot tub in approximately 4 months.

Called for my hot tub to be serviced for an error that doesn’t show up in the manual and was tripping my breaker. Brad came out the next business day and fixed it in 10 minutes- faulty sensor. Answered every question I had and was very nice and professional. Very happy I purchased my hot tub from Big John’s due to this quick response and hope this is the norm if I need service again. Thank you Brad and team- the fast service is much appreciated!
